Vintage Needlepoint Handbag, Petit Point Courting Couple, Hard Body Handbag with Coin Purse and Ladies Gloves

Very pretty, vintage, hardbody handbag has a needlepoint, floral design with black background on both sides. Purse front shows a Victorian, courting couple, done in smaller, petit point needlepoint, creating wonderful detail for this already beautiful purse!

Trim, handle and interior lined with black leather. Lift up clasp, handle hardware and four metal feet are brass or gold tone.

Inside is one zipper pocket lined with fabric. Two slip pockets, one on each side, are trimmed with shiny, gold fabric. A vinyl, kiss lock, coin purse is in one pocket, the other holds a pair of pretty, black, cotton gloves. Gloves are marked size 7-1/2 and are made in the Philippines.

Purse overall is in very good, previously owned, vintage condition. There are a few minor areas of wear noted, light scratches and scuffs at edges and corners. No pulls, tears or stains noted to interior or exterior. One small spot of oxidation noted on clasp. Please see all pictures for complete details.
